Terms of Purchase, Participation, and Use

These Terms of Purchase, Participation, and Use (“Terms”) apply to all offerings provided by Solara Frequency Foundation, Sarah Runge, and any affiliated Solara brands, programs, trainings, classes, certifications, digital products, prints, scans, sessions, audio files, memberships, group spaces, events, and educational materials (collectively, the “Offerings”).

By purchasing, enrolling in, accessing, receiving, downloading, attending, or participating in any Offering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. Nature of the Offerings

Solara Offerings are educational, spiritual, artistic, and wellness-oriented in nature. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other licensed professional services.

No Solara Offering is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, disorder, or mental health condition. No medical claims are made.

You are solely responsible for your own decisions, interpretations, and use of the Offerings, and you should seek licensed professional care for any medical, mental health, legal, or financial concerns.

2. Eligibility and Personal Responsibility

By participating in any Offering, you represent and agree that:

You may discontinue participation at any time. However, discontinuing participation does not alter payment obligations described below.

3. Payments and Payment Plans

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

By purchasing an Offering, you agree to pay the full stated purchase price, whether paid in full or through a payment plan.

If you select a payment plan:

• You remain responsible for completing the entire payment obligation according to the agreed schedule. • Payment obligations continue even if you stop participating.

Failure to use an Offering, attend calls, participate in the group, complete assignments, or continue participation does not cancel payment obligations.

4. No Refunds; Withdrawal by Participant

All sales are final unless Solara states otherwise in writing for a specific Offering.

Because Solara Offerings may include immediate access to proprietary materials, recordings, digital products, community spaces, or live instruction, no refunds will be issued for amounts already paid.

Refund requests based on dissatisfaction, perceived lack of results, change of circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or personal interpretation of program content will not be granted.

If you choose to:

• Withdraw • Quit • Stop attending • Leave a group • Discontinue participation

You will not receive a refund.

If you withdraw from an Offering purchased through a payment plan, the remaining balance remains due unless Solara agrees otherwise in writing.

5. Suspension, Removal, or Termination by Solara

Solara reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, remove, or terminate access to any Offering if conduct is disruptive, unsafe, abusive, or creates operational or legal risk.

Grounds for removal may include:

• Repeated disregard for program boundaries or instructions • Harassment, intimidation, or excessive contact • Disruption of classes or community spaces • Conduct interfering with the safety or learning of others • Misrepresentation or misuse of Solara materials • Unauthorized teaching or distribution of Solara materials • False statements about Solara, its staff, or its methods

Removal does not entitle a participant to a refund unless Solara agrees otherwise in writing.

If a participant is on a payment plan at the time of removal, Solara may:

• Continue enforcing the remaining balance • Or cancel future payments without refunding amounts already paid

Solara’s decision regarding participation is final.

6. Community Standards and Program Fit

Certain Offerings require respectful conduct, self-responsibility, and the ability to receive redirection.

Enrollment does not guarantee:

• Continued participation • Certification • Advancement • Practitioner status

Solara may determine, at its discretion, whether a participant is an appropriate fit for a program or community environment.

7. Certification and Practitioner Status

Participation in any Solara program does not automatically confer certification, licensing, or authorization to practice Solara methods.

Certification or practitioner status is granted only when explicitly stated in writing by Solara.

Certification eligibility may be withheld, suspended, or revoked at Solara’s discretion.

8. Intellectual Property and Limited License

All Solara materials, including but not limited to:

Participation grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

Participants may not:

Unauthorized use may result in revocation of access, denial of certification, and legal enforcement.

9. Method Protection and Unauthorized Teaching

The Solara Print System™, Solaran methodologies, frameworks, language structures, scans, energetic models, teaching structures, and related materials are proprietary systems developed by Solara Frequency Foundation and/or Sarah Runge.

Participation does not grant permission to teach or commercially use Solara methods.

Without written authorization, participants may not:

• Teach Solara methods • Train others in Solara systems • Offer courses based on Solara teachings • Repackage Solara teachings into other programs • Represent Solara methodologies as their own • Use Solara materials for commercial training or certification

Participants wishing to teach or use Solara systems commercially must receive explicit written authorization or certification.

Participants may not create derivative systems substantially similar to Solara methodologies for commercial purposes.

Unauthorized use may result in:

• Termination of access • Revocation of certification eligibility • Legal enforcement of intellectual property rights

10. Educational Reuse and Program Evolution

Solara may reuse, revise, expand, reorganize, or incorporate program materials into future Offerings.

Purchase of one Offering does not grant future access or ownership rights unless explicitly stated.

11. Recording and Use of Group Sessions

Solara classes, group sessions, trainings, or events may be recorded for educational, quality, or archival purposes.

By participating in a live session, you acknowledge that your voice, comments, or participation may be recorded.

Recordings may be used for internal training or educational materials unless you request otherwise in writing before the session.

Participants may not record sessions without Solara’s written permission.

12. Third-Party Platforms

Solara programs may be delivered through third-party platforms, including but not limited to:

Solara is not responsible for outages, technical issues, data loss, or disruptions caused by third-party platforms.

Your use of those platforms is subject to their terms and privacy policies.

13. Participant Confidentiality

Group programs may involve personal sharing.

Participants agree to respect the privacy of others and not disclose, record, distribute, or publicly discuss personal information shared in Solara programs.

Solara cannot guarantee participant conduct but may remove individuals who violate confidentiality standards.

14. Testimonials, Feedback, and Case Studies

If you voluntarily provide testimonials or feedback, Solara may use that material for educational, promotional, or marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

Solara may reference non-identifying participant experiences for educational or case study purposes.

Solara will not intentionally publish confidential health information without separate written consent.

15. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Results vary.

Solara does not guarantee:

16. Chargebacks and Billing Disputes

Solara may present documentation including:

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solara shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from participation.

Solara’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Offering.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Solara Frequency Foundation, Sarah Runge, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from claims arising from:

19. Professional Representation

Participants may not represent themselves as certified Solara practitioners, teachers, or authorized representatives unless certification has been explicitly granted in writing.

Unauthorized representation may result in:

• removal from programs • revocation of certification eligibility • legal enforcement of Solara intellectual property rights

20. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.

Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state courts of Missouri, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any program-specific terms, invoices, payment agreements, and policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Solara.

No informal communication modifies these Terms unless confirmed in writing by Solara.

Electronic Agreement

By clicking “I Agree,” completing a purchase, or accessing an Offering, you acknowledge that this electronic acceptance constitutes a legally binding agreement.

Electronic acceptance has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.

Legal + Ethical Disclaimer

1. Intellectual Property + Licensing

Practitioners must be officially certified through the Print Practitioner Pathway™ to offer Solaran Prints to clients in any form.

Use of the Print System™ without training or license may result in legal action, including but not limited to cease and desist orders and removal from the Solaran Field.

2. Course Enrollment + Reuse of Materials

Certain live classes — including those previously offered through other schools, colleges, or platforms by Sister Sodium / Sarah Runge — may be integrated into future certification programs.

Payment for a past course does not grant credit, license, or discounts toward current or future certification pathways unless explicitly stated in writing.

Course content is continuously updated, expanded, and refined. Early access to foundational modules is considered a bonus and may be included in future programs as part of a larger learning sequence.

3. Feedback, Testimonials + Case Study Use

By participating in a Solara course or purchasing a Print, you grant Solara Frequency Foundation™ the right to:

• Reference your feedback, experiences, or non-identifying information for use in testimonials, case studies, presentations, or marketing purposes.
